A building is only as strong as its foundation. That’s why Heartland Developments taps into post-frame construction, a concrete pier system. Concrete is poured under each post into a “pier”, which is buried four to six feet deep within steel brackets for strength and longevity. An engineering marvel, the posts efficiently support the weight of the walls and roof to provide a remarkable resiliency to severe weather and high winds.
With more than 25 years in construction, Rueben is uniquely qualified to be the first point of contact customers deal with at Heartland. He will come out and take pictures and oversee every step of the project, from planning to excavation and construction. The materials he chooses to work with are top-of-the-line, including metal and wood from America, to partnering with the local company ProVia for windows and doors that come with exceptional warranties.
