About Robert Foster, M.D.
Robert E. Foster, M.D. is a member of the vitreoretinal service at Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI). His undergraduate education was at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan where he received a degree in Biology, graduated from the Honors College, and was named among the Top 25 Graduating Seniors. He went to medical school at the University of Michigan Medical School, graduating in 1988.
