I’ve always been the kind of person who wanted to make a difference in people’s lives and am dedicated to forming trusting relationships and advocating for the best interest of clients. I use a strength based approach and strive to create a warm and trusting environment in which clients can feel safe working towards reaching their goals and achieving healthier, more fulfilling lives. I maintain a strong commitment to evidence-based care, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies into my work while emphasizing the resources an individual already possesses. I strongly believe in a client’s right to self-determination and want to provide the support and guidance needed to help individuals address barriers to promote growth and healing. When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music and podcasts, reading, and going for nature walks with my puppy.
