Howard Fensterman is the managing partner at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone, LLP (Firm name has been updated July 2017). He is involved in all facets of the law firm's practice, including health care law (Malpractice and OPMC/OPD legal defense), corporate representation, partnerships, LLCs and LLPs, as well as other business practices in connection with litigation, settlement negotiations, purchase and sale of businesses. Mr. Fenstermen's practice also extends to matrimonial and family law, shareholder and partnership agreements and real estate matters.
