Dr. Kirzhner began his formal dental education at Mogi das Cruzes University in São Paulo, Brazil, where he received a degree in dentistry. Until 1983, he taught operative dentistry and prosthodontics, before continuing his education in the United States. He has been in private practice since graduating from New York University College of Dentistry in New York City in 1985.
