About Transitions
Transitions offers programs uniquely designed for autistic teens and young adults and individuals with learning differences. Our Albany, New York, campus focuses on our premiere college and career transition programs giving students access to the many colleges in the Capital Region.
Transitions is CQL accredited focusing on full-year transition programs with college or career tracks, summer camps, and creative arts programs.
