Follow valuation procedure outlined by the investment manager and as disclosed in the LPA or other pertinent Fund documentation in line with US GAAP., Install software applications as available from brokerages, Provide monthly NAVs for investors., Provide the Fund manager with a confidential username and password for online access to the total portfolio and individual investor reports., Update and perform record maintenance for all documents/data related to the Fund, banks, intermediary companies and similar., manager or other service providers to ensure efficient retrieval of data related to the Fund (administration fee includes transactions for up to two prime brokers). Portfolio tracking. Facilitate capital call and distribution process by creating capital call and distribution notices and allocation calculations if applicable., such as from prime brokers - Products:
Complete all necessary forms and paperwork for bank accounts if applicable., Liaise with legal counsel regarding updating offering memorandum/prospectus, Obtain and maintain contact details of current service providers as provided by the Fund manager., Review offering memorandum/prospectus, anti-money laundering and regulatory issues, if necessary, interest classes as applicable, ongoing operational issues of the Fund for compliance within relevant jurisdiction, or questions related to investor qualification at the subscription stage, performance and/or other fees, subscription agreement, subscription agreement and statutory documents as it relates to the work of the administrator including but not exclusively work related to investor communication, valuation principals and all other issues relevant to the operations and administration of the Fund.
