About Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness
Vitality Physical Therapy & Wellness was established in 2005 to serve the East Valley communities of Phoenix, AZ. Co-founders Michael and Jennifer Balbarin, both physical therapists, wished to create a facility where they could not only help patients improve upon their physical abilities but also help clients help themselves through education and correction of movement dysfunction.
