                We serve only guaranteed angus top sirloin steaks cut from the top 5% of beef in the USA. All steaks served with garlic mashed potatoes.                   Prime Rib

                  Friday and Saturday Only. While it lasts. Our prime rib is aged for 21 days and slow cooked under a mountain of rock salt for tender, juicy beef. Prime rib is served with garlic mashed potatoes. All Prime Rib are served with sourdough bread and a choice of garden salad, Caesar salad, coleslaw or clam chowder.
