The Raclette experience is available for brunch and dinner any day of the week. We do require 24hours notice for the Raclette experience and it is offered for a minimum of 4 guests.

Absinthe originated in the canton of Neuchâtel in Switzerland in the late 18th century. It is an anise-flavored spirit derived from botanicals, including the flowers and leaves of  grand wormwood together with green anise, sweet fennel, and other medicinal and culinary herbs.
