The Captain is at the helm of the Vessel to make sure the passengers have a safe and enjoyable day of fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. It is his responsibility to ensure that the vessel is in good working condition to operate properly and to determine if the weather conditions are favorable and safe for fishing. The Captain knows and understands the current Federal and State fishing regulations and what it takes to locate fish.

The Manager for the business oversees the finances and bookkeeping. He accepts and schedules fishing charter reservation requests. The Manager ensures that the Vessels are maintained, licensed, insured and permitted for operation and safety. He keeps an inventory of necessary supplies for fishing and the comfort of the customers.
