Deer processing smoked products only (Bologna, Snack Sticks, Hotdogs and Jerky). We keep all meats separate to the best of our ability. The meat you bring is the meat that you take home. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your meat. We do not offer skinning or carcass deboning. We do accept quarters for deboning. The hours are for deer processing only.
