BTV Systems offers security and life safety systems alarm monitoring. Our wireless monitoring system is available through Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Our monitoring system includes 24-hour support for fire, medical assistance, intrusion, and panic alarms.
If your system’s alarm is activated, our central station will respond promptly by calling the premises or your cell phone to verify an actual alarm. If the alarm was set in error, you can provide a pass code, and the process will conclude. However, if an emergency is present, the proper authorities will be immediately dispatched.
All BTV security and life safety systems offer online access to your monitoring station, which allows you to change or update passwords, call lists, and more.
