About Rachel Chamberlin, MSN, FNP
My motivation to enter medicine and specialize in family medicine came from my experience in ICU nursing. I wanted to understand the root causes of patient conditions and provide preventive care to avoid hospitalizations. The most rewarding part of my work is the continuity of care. I love seeing my patients and their families grow and celebrate milestones. My goal is to create connections with patients that foster a higher level of respect and care.
