Fawzu Mohammadu, M.D. Dr. Fawzu Mohammadu attended college at City College of New York, then continued to medical school at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Dr. Mohammadu completed his residencies in family medicine at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT, and in general surgery at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
