About Collingwood Psychotherapy & Yoga Centre
At Collingwood Psychotherapy & Yoga Centre, we offer individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy grounded in trauma and neurobiologically informed relational psychotherapeutic theories. We also offer yoga therapy and yoga classes and individual practice options. We also offer clinical supervision for therapists, seminars for professionals and organizations, as well as workshops for clients focused on trauma and neurobiology, parenting teens, and yoga therapy. Our team consists of three highly qualified, experienced, and compassionate psychotherapists and Office Manager based in Collingwood, Ontario.
