MTI Financial was founded in 1988 by Douglas Morey and Salah Tarraf with one goal in mind: providing high-quality investment services that best suit their clients. They both worked together previously at Investment Diversified Services (IDS) and saw an opportunity to create an independent investment firm with a focus on personalized service. Fast forward a few decades, and MTI now stands for Mission Talent and Integrity, reflecting the core values of our firm.
