David J. Dreszer, Esq., grew up in San Antonio Texas. A Boston University graduate, he received his degree in Economics and then moved to South Florida in 1996. After attending the University of Miami School of Law, he graduated in 1999. David Dreszer has been practicing law and representing injury victims in Florida since 1999. His accomplishments include:
Served on the Board of Florida Workers’ Advocates from 2011 to 2018
Has spoken on two panels at FWA Educational Conferences.
Has tried numerous bench trials to conclusion, as well as numerous evidentiary hearings.
Presented to the JCC’s and their respective staffs on issues regarding cultural diversity (Second Friday’s – April 2012).
Served on approximately 3 panels at the Mediator convention in Orlando regarding cultural diversity in mediation settings.
Served on the Ethics Panel at the 2019 Annual Workers’ Compensation conference in Orlando on August 13, 2019.
He was the Guest Speaker at the State Mediator meeting in Orlando on August 12, 2019.
A Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, and has worked as a Private Mediator, since having been certified in 2006.
Fluent in Spanish and Haitian Creole. He is married and has 3 daughters. He enjoys spending his out of work time with them.
