About NASA Bone & Joint Specialists

About the Practice
The goal of the experienced, compassionate team at NASA Bone & Joint Specialists is to provide high-quality sports medicine, regenerative medicine, and orthopedic surgery to men, women, and families living in the Houston, Texas, and throughout Harris County.
Board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Daniel O’Neill, MD, leads the practice and brings more than 30 years of experience in safe, effective and minimally invasive treatments. Dr. O’Neill has been a driving force establishing sports medicine excellence in the Clear Lake area as one of the first physicians providing sideline and courtside injury care.
At NASA Bone & Joint Specialists, the team takes a modern approach to treating chronic pain and acute musculoskeletal injuries. Patients can access treatment for knee ligament and cartilage tears, rotator cuff injuries, elbow problems,  ankle instability, and carpal tunnel syndrome. The providers also offer fracture care, as well as minimally invasive surgery, including hip arthroscopy.
For more complex issues, the team performs hip replacement, knee replacement, shoulder replacement, and offers orthobiologics techniques such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and stem cell therapy to promote joint preservation and healing.
In addition, the team offers same-day appointments for sports injuries and other problems requiring immediate attention. The facilities at NASA Bone & Joint Specialists are state-of-the-art and welcoming, featuring high-tech equipment and pristine treatment rooms.
If you’re suffering from joint pain, musculoskeletal pain, or a sports-related injury, partner with the team at NASA Bone & Joint Specialists. Request your appointment with the team today by calling the office or by clicking the online booking tool.
