We work hard so you don’t have to. Our properties are clean and well taken care of. Feel free to contact us any time. St. Augustine Beach Vacation Rentals was founded in 2008. I managed a large ocean front property on St. Augustine Beach. I purchased The Villas of Ocean Gate II #106 ,which is in my rental program, in 2007. Newest property built on the ocean side. 1416 sq ft and beautiful. I closed on Dec. 31, 2007 and it rented for Jan – Mar. 2008. The other new owners at The Villas realized my rental activity and started asking I manage their new units. I still have the majority of the rentals in phase II. It is still the newest property built on the ocean side. I sold unit 106 to wonderful owners in 2015 and I am their rental manager.
