About W&E Realty LLC
I have been involved in real estate now for over 18 years. For many years before that,I've prayed that I would find a job that first would provide for my family and second wouldn't keep me from them. In 2000 I bought my first duplex and rented the other side. Six months after that I took the leap of faith and relocation the entire family from Miami to Jacksonville, FL. I found a better quality of life for my family and good work, but I was still required to travel for up to six months out of the year. After a while, things started taking its toll on me and the family. In 2007 I decided to get my Real Estate license and practice real estate. It has been the best decision for all of us.
