Dr. Daniel Nelson is board-certified, and fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Medicine. Dr. Nelson is an early adopter of the latest technologies in the field of pain medicine, treating patients who suffer from all forms of chronic, persistent, or recurring pain. Dr. Daniel Nelson and Sarah Goble, PA-C are highly skilled in diagnosing patients’ conditions and creating individual treatment plans that are custom-tailored to each patients’ needs. Dr. Nelson has extensive experience in performing advanced techniques including, but not limited to Kyphoplasty/Vertebroplasty for compression fractures, Spinal Cord Stimulators, Ultrasound-Guided Injections, Sympathetic Blocks, and Radiofrequency Ablation. Additionally, Dr. Nelson provides expert regenerative medicine therapies like stem cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments that are safe and effective, and could help patients avoid surgery.
