While pursuing his degree, Eduardo worked several years at a major banking institution as a loan officer and assistant manager where he tailored loan programs to fit the needs of individual borrowers. Eduardo’s expertise landed him in a position where he was able to structure an array of programs such as Federal Housing Administration (FHA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Veteran Administration (VA), jumbo loans, and home equity lines of credit.
With several years of mortgage lending experience, Eduardo has assisted hundreds of homebuyers in reaching their goal of homeownership. He believes communication is a key component to a smooth and efficient loan process.
