An accountant, professional fundraiser, real estate property manager and residential real estate agent, Ann Townsend was born into a real estate family. She came to CBSHOME in 2011 well-equipped to represent discriminating clientele and all type of properties. Ann moved to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Ambassador Real Estate (BHHSAMB) in the fall of 2018.
Ann’s civic background gave her a firm foundation in sales, navigating logistical challenges and establishing business relationships with high-net-worth clients, military PCS and corporate relocated families. Her local and national relationships help both her buyers and sellers coming into and out of Omaha. As a longtime residence of Omaha, a relocated family and landlord, Ann has gained a broad and unsurpassed market knowledge contributing to her stellar career representing residential single family and estate homes, multi-unit buildings and acreages.
Ann brings excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills to her work. She is known by her clients and colleagues alike for her honesty, integrity and dedication to the best interests of her buyers and sellers.
