Listening to my patients and working together to create goals to improve their quality of life means everything in my job. I prioritize answering patient’s questions, and I promote their self-confidence so they can eventually continue their exercises independently at home.
I specialize in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation and pediatric physical therapy, and I treat patients who are post-operative and patients experiencing musculoskeletal pain. Healing techniques I use include manual therapy, dry needling and taping.
I earned my undergraduate degree in exercise and movement science from UVM and completed my doctorate in physical therapy at UVM in 2014. I was a four-year varsity athlete at UVM on the Women’s Ice Hockey team and am currently a collegiate and international ice hockey referee. In 2022, I was a women’s hockey referee at the Beijing Olympics for the International Ice Hockey Federation.
