Our comprehensive treatment strategy takes an individualized integrative approach by combining western medicine with peer-reviewed and clinically supported complimentary therapies. Our 4Pillars Approachâ„¢ addresses nutrition, fitness, hormonal and metabolic optimization, combined with various mind-body processes such as directed imagery, coherence and resiliencey training, bio-feedback, Reiki energy therapy, yoga, and tailored mind-body life and health coaching, etc.
