About David C. Cheeran, MBBS, MD
Dr. David Cheeran is a cardiothoracic surgeon at the Sands-Constellation Heart Institute at Rochester Regional Health. A graduate of Jarwaharla Institute of Medicine, Dr. Cheeran completed medical school at the Jarwaharla Institute of Medicine and then his internship and residency at the Postgraduate Medical Institute of Medical Sciences in Pondicherry, India.
