Dr. Day, a Rochester, NY native, discovered his passion for sports medicine while playing baseball at Penn State. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a Family Medicine residency in Binghamton, NY. His sports medicine fellowship at Virginia Tech included work with university teams and helmet research. He later practiced at the Greenbrier Medical Institute in West Virginia, providing care for PGA, NFL, professional tennis, and U.S. Olympic Ski and Snowboard teams. Dr. Day specializes in interventional orthopedics and sports medicine, offering non-surgical, minimally invasive treatments like ultrasound-guided injections, PRP, stem cell therapy, and tenotomy.
