Dr. Lamoreaux has a special interest and extensive experience in intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), Gamma Knife radiosurgery for brain tumors, stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), intra-operative radiotherapy (IORT) and high-dose rate (HDR) brachytherapy for prostate, breast and gynecologic cancers. Dr. Lamoreaux co-founded the prostate HDR brachytherapy program at Cancer Care Northwest in 2006, and helped start the SBRT Program in 2007.
Dr. Lamoreaux is also dedicated to medical education. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Washington and regularly assists in the training of medical students and residents.
