CATERING POLICIES 1. Deposit must be paid in order to hold the date. 2. Confirmed number of guests must be guaranteed 3 days prior to the function. A. If no guarantee is received 3 days in advance, the maximum number of people expected (as noted on the banquet contract) will be assured as your guarantee. B. Billing will be in accordance with this number unless the actual number of guests served is greater. We will be prepared to serve 10% above the guaranteed number given. 3. Prices may be subject to change upon a written notice 60 days prior to the function. 4. Payment is due in full 3 days prior to the function. (Excludes Corporate Contracts) 5. All prices are subject to and do not include 5.5% sales tax and 18% service charge. 6. There will be a 35 cent cost per person for cutting and serving of wedding cakes. We will provide the plastic forks and plates for the cake. 7. For insurance reasons, you are considered to be paying only for the food served at the function. Therefore, no food will be left after serving.
