Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy: Ultrasound guided sclerotherapy is used to treat large varicose veins that may not be seen with the naked eye. Ultrasound is a painless technique that allows the physician to see veins that cannot be seen at the surface of the skin.
Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA): Endovenous laser ablation (EVLA) is a minimally invasive ultrasound technique used for treating varicose veins. It uses laser energy to close the diseased vein so that blood is rerouted into healthy veins.
Radiofrequency Thermal Ablation (RF): Radiofrequency ablation is a minimally invasive treatment that uses heat for the treatment of vein issues. Radiofrequency energy is used to heat up and damage the inside wall of a vein to close off the problem vein.
