About Rathbun Regional Water Assoc Inc
The Rathbun Regional Water Association, based in Centerville, Iowa, is an organization that provides water to more than 15,000 rural families, farms and communities. Its service area includes parts of Appanoose, Clark, Davis, Decatur, Des Moines, Henry, Jefferson, Lee, Louisa, Marion, Monroe, VanBuren, Mahaska, Wapello, Warren, Washington and Wayne counties in Iowa. The association s service area also includes rural water districts in Putnam, Mercer and Schuyler counties in Missouri.
