Dr. Herbert is a primary care physician and Site Director for Stamford Health Personal Medicine, a concierge medicine practice in the Stamford Health Medical Group. Dr. Herbert has practiced in this model since 2014, affording him the time to focus on wellness and preventative healthcare. Stamford Health Personal Medicine is a practice dedicated to providing not only outstanding patient care, but also an enhanced patient experience.
