Lauren Greenfield Photography is the photography studio of award-winning photographer and documentary filmmaker Lauren Greenfield whose photographs have been printed in numerous publications including The New Yorker, New York Times Magazine, The Guardian, Time, Vanity Fair, People, National Geographic, Elle, Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire. In 2003, American PHOTO magazine named her one of the "The 25 Most Important Photographers Now." Greenfield has also shot ads for Gatorade (TBWA Chiat/Day), Nike (Goodby Silverstein & Partners), iTunes (TBWA Chiat/Day), and Always (Leo Burnett) among other advertising clients. Greenfield’s debut monograph, “Fast Forward: Growing Up in the Shadow of Hollywood”, explored the effects of media and pop culture on the youth of Los Angeles. She followed that up with her second monograph, “Girl Culture” which was reprinted five times. Her third monograph “Thin” received the Deeper Perspective Award for Best Book at the International Photography Awards.
