About GWC Design Architects
My Architectural Firm has designed and observed the construction of over 86 Commercial Projects and 545 Single Family and Multi-Family Projects – over 1250 total units. I have a long track record in the South Bay Area, acting as architect of record on all types of projects, resulting in over 2 million sq. ft. of the construction area. This work includes development, design and construction of 15 of my own projects and providing Design + Build Services on selected projects for 8 of my clients. I am currently completing a Design + Build project in Hermosa Beach, as well as overseeing construction on 4 New single-family homes, a Unique 3 Unit Condominium on the Esplanade in Redondo Beach, a 30 Thousand SF Residential Design Center in Lomita, Ca on Pacific Coast Hwy as well as a 20 Unit Condominium plus 8000 SF Residential Structure as a Mixed-Use Development in Lomita, Ca. Personal experience and knowledge of the latest construction methods, materials and techniques are an integral part of my firm’s knowledge base, as we have provided construction observation for all of our over 600 projects.
