About Ponds Forge International Sports Centre
Pond’s Forge International Sports Centre is one of the premier sports and leisure centres in the country, boasting a wide variety of facilities that are perfect for everyone – regardless of age or fitness level. These include a 50m competition-standard swimming pool (which can be split into two learner pools), a 25m leisure pool and a diving pit. On the dry side, there’s a large, 10-court sports hall, as well as a spacious and well-appointed gym boasting 140 stations and the very latest fitness equipment. There are also two group exercise studios with a packed programme of classes.
