I work with children, teens, families, and young adults looking for psychological support for a variety of reasons (chronic illness, grief, anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, stress management and many more). I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (mindfulness) to best meet my clients needs. I have been working with children and youth for over 20 years in various roles (teaching assistant, tutor, and even as an entertainer).
