Named after Cyrus Avery, the “Father of Route 66,” the restaurant celebrates his role in establishing the iconic highway through Tulsa. The Avery offers a culinary journey inspired by Route 66’s diverse cuisines, reflecting American culinary heritage. Its Art Deco design nods to Tulsa’s early 20th-century boom, blending history with modern elegance for an unforgettable dining experience.
