Included with all options are 3 homemade sauces; Sweet Red Sauce, Tangy Mustard Sauce and Carolina Vinegar Sauce. Additional meat choices are available. There is a catering fee of $300 added to all caterings, and a $200 travel fee added to caterings outside of our 20-mile radius.

For each additional side $2.75 per person will be added. If tossed salad is chosen it's $3.00 extra
