NEW OWNERSHIP is fun, upbeat and welcoming of women of all ages and fitness levels. Gold memberships includes unlimited access to cross training (like crossfit) fitness classes, yoga and boot camps. Membership may include barre, TRX, Run training Dance classes and other women's fitness classes. We’re adding barre classes, TRX and yoga in early 2018, a Runners training program and triathlon training are coming soon.
Better than a gym membership because you become part of a cohesive group of women supporting each other’s health and fitness. Take a variety of workouts throughout the week, our morning classes start at 5am, before kids wake up and we offer evening and weekend exercise classes too. Our coaches strive to offer the benefits of personal training in the context of group exercise classes, modifying each exercise so that you work at your own pace, safely to meet your own goals, with the support of coaches and community.
Many of our coaches are personal trainers and offer group training to women at all stages of life, retaining youth, yoga and exercise during pregnancy, menopause… and the sisterhood to support you through these transitions.
