About Evertrain Fitness
Evertrain is Ottawa’s personal training studio for people over 50. Our goal is to help you reach your goals in an injury-free way that lasts in the long term. Your trainer will provide a thorough assessment of your physical abilities, your nutrition and lifestyle. From there they will design a personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle change program. Your trainer will teach you how to change your habits and create a strong, lean, mobile and healthy body that allows you to live the kind of life you want to live both now and in your later years.
